Narrow-minded and easily distracted, they can be temporarily placated in most instances by tossing them a few copper coins or bits of colored glass. Now that's a fusion - there's so much going on in that picture and the whole concept. Even the leg seems to meld with or change the blade, if that's what the elements truly are. It's like a meaty muppet found on Gulliver's travels, but gone bad. It's one of the most interesting potential sewer-dwellers that I've seen in a good while.
ReplyDeleteThe blade in this illustration is a special item from the old game. It seems to melt into the victim's flesh and leaves behind metallic blobules that resemble mercury that the wielder can then command to do various unpleasant things. It will be statted-up in the PDF version so it can wind up in other people's games...
