I discovered a stack of old sketches and notes for a series of 'strangedroid' paper-minis earlier this week. funny what can happen when you get around to cleaning your desk/workspace. ahem.
I stuck with a simple grayscale approach to this one originally because it was a 'proof-of-concept' sort of thing. Now i'm going to paint it up in spiffy colors and get the rest of the set finished.
Looks like some bio-mechanical entity, possibly used for nefarious purposes, but unfortunately gained some sentience and is now reproducing and wreaking havoc in the Veldt.
ReplyDeleteI like it. These things running off and going feral somewhere like the Veldt sounds like a great idea. Guess I'll try to paint the new version with a grass-type camo pattern...
