We've been working on some Sci-Fi paper minis, in addition to the horrid blobs, amorphous nasties, and more fantastical weird-things. One of the new set-in-progress is a Beam-Sword fighter that could easily turn up in a
Rogue Space scenario, especially using the
Rogue Space Skirmish rules. This guy would make a good micro-g/vacuum-gladiator for an exotic orbital arena from
Tsan Yian or
Humanspace Empires as well.
Back to work on making fold-up bases for all of these paper minis...
Looks good!
ReplyDeleteThanks! We'll be doing a colorized version or three to go along with this one. Not everyone will want to color-their-own, so we'll do a few different versions.
ReplyDeleteVery cool! Nice to see more content for Rogue Space.
ReplyDeleteWe have a few more things for Rogue Space in the works. We're juggling a lot of things, so we're more likely to put our energy, time and effort into the projects that tend to get positive feed-back.
ReplyDeleteThat paper mini looks pretty neat. I don't know much about Rogue Space. I should learn more. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi Jessica, welcome to the blog. We like to make Paper-Miniatures because it lets us use our own monsters in our games, and some folks seem to like them, so we'll keep making more of the things. Rogue Space is a fun, very easy to run role-playing game. You can find out more by reading Porky's review of Rogue Space over at The Expanse, or just click over to the Rogue Space blog. There's a free version of the rules to get you started, and you can always ask questions of any of us involved in Rogue Space, and especially Fenway, the author.
